In 1989, Adinath Agro Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd. began in Mumbai with Mrs. Renuka Gandhi’s homemade No Onion, No Garlic Tomato Ketchup. Inspired by its popularity among friends and family, the Gandhi family expanded the business to a factory in Jejuri MIDC, Pune, and officially incorporated the company in 1995.

Starting with the Horeca industry under the Winn brand and later expanding into retail with Surabhi, the company built a strong reputation for quality sauces and food products.

Today, while Adinath Agro Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd. continues as the legal entity, the company’s corporate identity has evolved into Adinova — representing innovation, growth, and a modern vision for the future. The Gandhi family’s journey from a small kitchen to a leading food enterprise reflects their passion, quality commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit.
